    Greetings Cary Park Sea Dragon (CPSD) Families!

    Less than a month to go until Sea Dragon Swim Season begins! Practices and evaluations start on Monday, May 15th. More information about evaluations will be forthcoming.

    Please mark your calendar to join us for a Family Orientation Session on Monday, May 15th or Wednesday, May 17th from 4:30-5:15 pm at the Cary Park Clubhouse to learn more about meets, volunteering, swim lessons, and Mini Sea Dragons. New and returning families are welcome to attend!

    Don’t forget to order your Sea Dragon Merch! Order Deadline is May 10th. Check out the Team Store for shirts, hats, water bottles, car magnets, and more!

    SUMMER SWIM LESSONS AT CARY PARK POOL:

    • Swim lessons will be offered as two options based on team membership:
      • Option 1: Cary Park Swim Club Members (Non-swim team members)
      • Option 2: Cary Park Sea Dragon Team Members

    REMINDER/REPEAT INFORMATION

    CARY PARK SWIM CLUB POOL AND SWIM TEAM REGISTRATIONS:

    • Early Swim Team Swimmer Registration runs until May 15th 2023.
    • Registrations submitted After May 15, 2023, a $10 late fee will be applied.
    • Team Registration closes June 1st.

    • Note, Cary Park Sea Dragons BOD will confirm that your pool membership has been paid before your swim team registration will be finalized.

    FAMILY ORIENTATION SESSIONS:

    • New and returning families interested in learning more about the swim team, please join BOD members for one of two Family Orientation Information Sessions.
    • The sessions will review practices, swim meets, and volunteer requirements as well as answer parent questions.
      • Session 1: Monday, May 15th 4:30-5:15 pm at the Cary Park Clubhouse
      • Session 2:Wednesday, May 17th 4:30-5:15 pm at the Cary Park Clubhouse

    CPSD TEAM STORE:

    • The CPSD Team Store is open and taking orders for spirit wear and merchandise. Order team shirts, water bottles, hats, magnets, and more!
    • All orders must be placed by May 10th deadline to purchase for the 2023 season.
    • Ordered items will be distributed at the Team Time Trials on Saturday, June 3rd.
